Refund Policy

You may cancel/return any items within 3 days of delivery. We'll pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (e.g. you received an incorrect or defective item).


All of our products are covered by at least 1 year Giant System warranty. All of the hardware and components are serial number tracked using our sales tracking system.


You should expect to receive your refund (or replacement) within two week of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund (or replacement) more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (1 to 14 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (1 to 3 business days).

If you need to return an item, please contact our sales department with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.We reserve the right to update this policy. Changes will be posted promptly.
